Alchemy is a primitive science which was practiced during the Middle Ages in many countries, including Denmark. The purpose of the pursuit was to discover a substance called "the philosophers’ stone," an elusive material which some believed could transform common metals such as lead into silver or gold.
Experimenters with alchemy also had the secondary purpose of discovering the "elixir of life," which was a potion that would cure all diseases and prolong life indefinitely.
Gold is a pure element. Modern mystics believe that when the "life force" energy is combined with lead, the sub-atomic particles in the lead will transmute into a higher elemental structure resulting in the formation of gold.
Studies have shown that the shell of a chicken's egg is almost pure calcium. When all sources of calcium is removed from the chicken's diet, it still produces an egg shell made of calcium.
Gold can be produced in an atomic reactor but the cost is too great to make it commercially viable.
